What conditions do you treat? +
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including
back pain,
neck pain,
sciatica,
knee pain,
shoulder pain and
sports injuries.
This includes disc injuries, muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel and post-surgical rehabilitation.
How quickly can I get an appointment? +
We often have same-week appointments available, including evenings and weekends.
Early treatment helps reduce pain faster and speeds up your overall recovery.
Do I need a GP referral? +
No — you can book directly without a GP referral. Private physiotherapy gives you fast access to treatment without NHS waiting times.
What happens in the first session? +
Your first session (60 minutes) includes a full movement assessment, clear diagnosis, hands-on treatment and a personalised rehabilitation plan.
You'll leave knowing exactly what's causing your pain and how to fix it — not just with temporary relief.
Do you offer hands-on treatment? +
Yes — sessions include hands-on manual therapy to reduce pain and improve movement, alongside a structured rehabilitation programme targeting the root cause of your problem.
How many sessions will I need? +
This depends on your condition and goals. Many patients begin to see clear improvement within 3–5 sessions.
Acute injuries may resolve quickly, while longer-term or recurring problems typically require a structured rehabilitation programme. You'll always have a clear timeline from the first session.
Will I get exercises to do at home? +
Yes — your rehabilitation plan includes personalised exercises designed to address the underlying cause of your problem, not just manage symptoms. These are progressed as you improve.
How much does physiotherapy cost? +
Initial Assessment & Treatment — £60 (60 minutes)
Full assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment and personalised rehab plan.
Follow-Up Session — £40 (30 minutes)
Extended Follow-Up — £50 (45 minutes)
